| CANCELLATION POLICY |
 |
Cancellations received by 1st February will receive a full refund, minus a 25 euros processing fee.
Cancellations received by 31st March will be charged 50%.
No shows will be charged full price.
Registration fees may be transferred from one registrant to another.
All cancellations and requests must be made via email to the contact address at the footer of the page.
All registration refunds will be processed after 22nd April 2013.
