Masterclass with Patrick Lambe on how to conduct knowledge audits
Patrick Lambe is leading one of the four pre-conference masterclass of Social Now 2017.
The forth pre-conference masterclass is now confirmed. It will focus on how to conduct a knowledge audit as a way to identify the goals for a knowledge management programme and to help choose enterprise social tools.
It will be an interactive, practical session which will walk participants through the process of conducting a knowledge audit.
Patrick Lambe is Principal Consultant of Straits Knowledge, a global knowledge and information management research and consulting firm headquartered in Singapore. He has conducted scores of knowledge audits across a variety of organisations, and is currently working on a book titled Knowledge Audits and Knowledge Mapping: Theory and Practice (Elsevier Chandos 2018).
This masterclass concludes the list of four half-day, pre-conference masterclasses for Social Now 2017. The others are:
