“Making Sense of Social Collaboration, Leadership 2.0 and Future of Work” by Bonnie Cheuk
In 2016, Bonnie Cheuk kicked off Social Now with a thoughtful keynote on how to introduce social collaboration in organisations, and promoting a new style of leadership.
As Bonnie Cheuk says in her talk:
“if you are introducing an enterprise social tool, you are introducing a way of working”
This makes it harder but not impossible, as proved by her successful attempts in four large organisations. The 23 minute talk is well worth watching.
(Note: Cablinc is the fictitious company created for Social Now and which provides the context for most of the talks at the event.)
The wise Ellen Trude will set the scene for Social Now 2017. She will deliver the opening keynote and provoke us all to really think about who are the drivers for the digital transformation and for an organisation where enterprise social tools are effectively used to promote smarter work.
