As Head of ICT at Ireland’s Office of Public Works, Liam holds responsibility at principal level for the ICT unit and the efficient and effective management of an ICT environment that meets the needs of OPW’s MAC, the functional areas of the Office, managers and end-users.
Liam was instrumental in implementing a modern digital work hub to connect, inform, & engage 1,600 staff across all OPW offices.
