15 years ago, Paul ended a 25 year career in financial services to undertake consultancy with organisations with a need to make better use of what they (and their networks) know.

He has a broad global experience working at all levels across a range of industries: development / 3rd sector; energy; finance; government/public sector; information; knowledge management; law; leisure; retail; and software.

Cited as one of the KM thought leaders, he has co-authored a book “Navigating the Minefield: A Practical KM Companion” published in 2017 by American Society for Quality and, at Social Now 2019, will be launching “The KM Cookbook” he co-authored with Chris Collison and Patricia Lee Eng. 

Over the past few years Paul has conducted Masterclasses in Amsterdam, Dubai, Khartoum, Kuala Lumpur, Lisbon and Singapore.
