Pedro Silva is a Technical Writer at Farfetch, bringing the Farfetch Platform API documentation to external audiences.
Previously, at Oracle, he was Knowledge Management lead, coach and editor; manager for projects that aimed to improve service based on customer centric key performance indicators; and was part of a committee that looked to improve the Support team’s tools and processes.
