I’ve spent the last decade as a consultant and strategist to organisations implementing modern intranet platforms and evolving their digital workplaces, I have been translating between the languages of business and technology, bridging the gap between strategy and execution, with a focus on the value to be found at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

In that time I’ve experienced a fair amount. From the energy of scale-ups to the [lack of] pace of global enterprises. From the growing-pains of “Slack saturation”, to the considerations of re-architecting and platform migrations. From the perils of top-down “command and control”, to the beauty of emergence. From the clutches of synchronous meetings to the liberation of asynchronous collaboration.
