Sumeet Gayathri Moghe 🇮🇳

Sumeet Gayathri Moghe is an agile enthusiast, product manager, and design nerd at Thoughtworks. He’s worked with a variety of clients over the last few decades, building software products and helping them improve their engineering effectiveness. During his time as a consultant, Sumeet has exposed himself to various domains such as retail, travel, telecom, payments, healthcare technology, education, and more. That, in turn, has helped him generalize his experience across industries.

Sumeet has recently authored The Async-First Playbook. His practical recommendations for effective collaboration within remote and distributed teams stand for what he’s learned from his colleagues, their successes, and their occasional misadventures.

Sumeet kicked off “The async-first manifesto”, a set of principles he is co-creating with volunteer enthusiasts from around the world. He is also bringing async-work to life with stories of “Humans of remote work”.

When Sumeet is not at work building software, you’ll probably see him looking through a camera’s eyepiece, photographing wildlife or a scene in the wilderness.
