Victoria is especially interested in the hidden power of networks, neuroplasticity and the organisation and the role of stories in corporate culture, business ethics and values.
Victoria founded Sparknow in late 1997. Over the past 20 years, Victoria has developed and delivered on knowledge and change programmes in a great variety of settings, in development banks and agencies, finance, government departments and agencies and other sectors. Sparknow is regarded internationally as a thought and practice leader in these areas of culture, change, engagement, knowledge, transformation, knowledge networks and communities of practice.
